Oatmeal Muffins

Ingredients

4 Cups (1000 mL) Old fashioned oats

2 tsp (10 mL) Ground cinnamon

1 tsp (5 mL) Baking powder

2 ⅓ Cups (550 mL)  Milk

⅓ Cup (80 mL) Maple syrup

2 tsp (10 mL) Vanilla extract

1 Cup (250 mL) Add ins: diced fruit, dried fruit, mashed banana + wow butter, chia seeds, hemp hearts, ground flax

 

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray muffin tins with cooking spray

  2. Add all ingredients to a large bowl and mix well until combined

  3. Scoop oatmeal mixture into tin using ¼ cup

  4. Bake oatmeal cups for 20 minutes

 Tip: Store oatmeal cups in airtight container in refrigerator for 5 days or freezer for 3 months
