Apple Sauce


12-1/2 cup servings


6 large apples
1/2 cup water
1 tsp ground cinnamon



  1. Core and quarter apples - there is no need to peel the apples, they will be pureed before serving

  2. Put all ingredients in a slow cooker (on high) for approximately 3 hours, stirring occasionally

  3. Using a blender (immersion or regular), puree the apples

Tip: enjoy immediately or store in fridge for 2-3 days in airtight container.
