No Bake Oatmeal Raisin Energy Bites

Ingredients

2 cups / 500 ml Quick oats

1 cup / 250 ml Raisins

1 tsp / 5 ml cinnamon

1/2 / 125 ml cup soy butter or sunbutter

1/2 / 125 ml cup honey

1 tsp / 5 ml vanilla

1 tbsp / 15 ml ground flaxseed

1 tbsp / 15 ml chia seeds

 Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a mixing bowl. Roll into 30 balls.

  2. Refrigerate for 3-4 days or freeze.
