Baked Oatmeal Muffins

Ingredients

4 cups / 1000 ml Old fashioned oats

2 tsp / 10 ml Ground cinnamon

1 tsp / 5 ml Baking powder

2 1/3 / 550 ml cup Milk

1/3 / 80 ml cup Maple syrup

2 tsp / 10 ml Vanilla extract

1 cup / 250 ml Add ins: diced fruit, dried fruit, mashed banana + wow butter, chia seeds, hemp hearts, ground flax

 

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray muffin tins with cooking spray

  2. Add all ingredients to a large bowl and mix well until combined

  3. Scoop oatmeal mixture into tin using ¼ cup

  4. Bake oatmeal cups for 20 minutes

 Tip: Store oatmeal cups in airtight container in refrigerator for 5 days or freezer for 3 months
