Strawberry Smoothie Pops
Yield: 2 servings
1/2 cup/125mL Sliced pineapple, mango or banana
1/2 cup/125mL Sliced strawberries
1/4 cup/60mL Plain yogurt
1/4 cup/60mL Orange juice
1/2 tsp/3mL Pure vanilla extract
- Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor, until super smooth.
- Pour into popsicle molds or paper cups, and insert spoons or popsicle sticks.
- Put popsicles in the freezer for at least two hours.
These delicious strawberry smoothie pops are the perfect replacement for ice cream! For a variation, use another one of your favourite fruits instead of strawberries. Make these pops to have as a healthy snack on a hot summer day!
