Pizza Roll Ups

Yield: 2 servings


2 Large, whole wheat tortillas
1/2 cup/125mL Pizza sauce
1/2 cup/125mL Partly skimmed mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 cup/125mL Finely chopped veggies
1 tbsp/15mL Olive oil
2 tsp/10mL Dried oregano or basil



  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. Next, spread pizza sauce evenly on tortillas, and top with cheddar cheese.

  3. Add finely chopped veggies of your choice.

  4. Roll up the wrap and brush roll ups with olive oil.

  5. Sprinkle with oregano or basil to taste.

  6. Toast in oven for 5 minutes.

  7. Cool and enjoy!
