Pizza Roll Ups

2 Large, whole wheat tortillas
1/2 cup/125mL Pizza sauce
1/2 cup/125mL Partly skimmed mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 cup/125mL Finely chopped veggies
1 tbsp/15mL Olive oil
2 tsp/10mL Dried oregano or basil
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Next, spread pizza sauce evenly on tortillas, and top with cheddar cheese.
- Add finely chopped veggies of your choice.
- Roll up the wrap and brush roll ups with olive oil.
- Sprinkle with oregano or basil to taste.
- Toast in oven for 5 minutes.
- Cool and enjoy!
