No Bake Energy Bites

Yield: 20 balls


1 cup /250mL Oatmeal, large flake rolled oats
1/2 cup/125mL Sunflower butter
1/3 cup/80mL Honey
1 cup/250mL Coconut flakes, unsweetened
1/2 cup/125mL Ground flaxseed
1/2 cup/125mL Dried cranberries, unsweetened
1 tsp/5mL Vanilla



  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Refrigerate mixture for 1 hour to allow for a firmer texture.
  3. Roll into bite size balls and refrigerate.
  4. Enjoy!
