Strawberry Banana Smoothie
Yield: 2 smoothies.
1 cup/250mL Crushed ice
2/3 cup/160mL Non-fat yogurt
1/3 cup/80mL Strawberries
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend on high speed for 1-2 minutes.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy!
Tip: Top with your favourite seasonal fresh fruit. We used blackberries!
