Baked Sweet Potato Sticks
Adapted from Canadian Living.
Yield: 8 servings
8 Sweet potatoes, (about 4 lb/2kg)
1 tbsp/15mL Grapeseed oil
1 tsp/5mL Salt
1/2 tsp/2mL Pepper
- Peel and cut sweet potatoes into sticks; toss with oil, salt and pepper.
- Bake on 2 parchment paper–lined baking sheets in 425°F (220°C) oven, switching and rotating pans halfway through, until crisp and golden, 30 to 35 minutes.
